Shipping

Your items will be shipped with the selected shipping service of your choice based on delivery location, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days.

DHL or USPS final delivery, where applicable, is estimated to arrive in 5-10 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.

Expedited Shipping
Some items may need additional processing time and might not meet the holiday cutoff, even with expedited shipping. Any specific shipping disclaimers will be noted on the product page.

Made-To-Order
Products are shipped based on time frames of product development previously stated on the product page.
What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible merchandise. Exclusions apply. Refunds are provided in the form of a HHHLGA E-Gift Card, available for use on hhhlga.com, which excludes the original shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable. 

Return Policy

  1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, fragrances, hair, or damage
  3. Final Sale / Clearance items are not eligible (noted in the product description)
  4. Valid for U.S. orders only
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed, as orders may already be processed or shipped shortly after purchase.

If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
When will I get my order?

Please allow 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and pre-orders) for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Pre-Orders:
Estimated fulfillment dates are listed in each product description. Pre-order items ship separately and according to the stated timeline.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How do your pieces fit?

Our garments are true-to-size. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up 1 size.

For reference, models shown on the site are wearing L unless otherwise noted. Detailed size charts and fit notes are available in each product description.
